Amigurumi Crochet Pattern for Crochet Elephant

The Friendly Elephant is made with worsted weight (size 4) yarn and a 3.5mm hook. With a sweet little trunk, an adorable tail, and those cute ears this will be a beloved favorite. The Friendly Elephant is about 10.5 inches tall and 5 inches wide. You have the options to make it without clothes, or with a vest or shirt. Either way you will love the personality that comes with this little pachyderm!

You will need:
Worsted Size 4 Yarn in Gray (about 125g) (I used I Love this Yarn in Gray)
Scrap yarn in white
Black embroidery thread (for eyelashes)
Crochet Hook in Size 3.5
Yarn Needle
Polyfil
15mm safety eyes
stitch marker
Small amount of yarn if you decide to do the shirt or vest

You will need to know how to use a magic circle, single crochet and how to increase and invisible decrease. I include instructions for the invisible decrease.
You will also need to know how to use the half-double, double and triple crochet.
