Using worsted weight yarn, this two-colour stranded colourwork beanie is a quick knit. All your vegan friends will want one!

This beanie is worked in the round and pattern includes an easy-to-follow chart.

YARN: Lion Brand Heartland yarn was chosen for it’s wide availability, colour selection, and softness, however any similar worsted weight yarn should work fine providing you can achieve gauge. You could even hold a couple of lighter-weight yarns together if you want, again, just make sure to check your gauge.

SIZE: Adult medium, to fit head: 55cm (22”) circumference
Note: could be made slightly larger by using a combination of heavier weight yarn and/or larger needles, or made slightly smaller by using lighter weight yarn and/or smaller needles

SKILLS USED: Knitting in the round, long-tail cast on (or your favourite stretchy cast on), ribbing, stranded colourwork, chart reading, decreasing, small circumference knitting (using DPNs, two circulars, or magic loop)
