Easy: Requires knowledge of knitting, purling, working in the round on circular and double-pointed needles.
Gauge
Pre-felted gauge: 12 stitches and 16 rounds = 4” (10cm) in St st with a double-strand of worsted weight yarn.

200 yds (182m) of small gauge, neon green loopy mohair
1 ball Crystal Palace Fizz in dark turquoise, #9402 or neon green, #9224.
Each five-petal flower requires roughly 83yds (76m). Flowers with more than five petals require more yarn.

210 yds (191m) (A) Zinnia Pink or Hot Pink
210 yds (191m) (B ) Christmas Red
Adding flowers and a ruffle as pictured will require an additional 420 yds (383m) of A and 210 yds (191m) of B
Needles and Other Materials
- Size 11 (8mm) 24” (60cm) circular needles and double-pointed needles or size to obtain gauge
- Tapestry Needle
- Stitch marker to mark beginning of the round
- Nylon beading thread (and color-matched seed beads to decorate the flower centers)
- Sewing Needle

Pictured Samples
All of the bags pictured were created using Stonehedge Fiber Mill Shepherd’s Wool.
The Grass Green Garden Party Bag was made out of Shepherd’s Wool in Spring Green held together with a fine gauge light green loopy mohair. The top of the bag is decorated with Turquoise, Misty Blue and Blue flowers.
The Pink and Red Garden Party Bag was made out of Christmas Red and Zinnia with same color flowers and luscious ruffle.
