“The Glens”
This pattern contains instructions for two fur cowls.

The first, Glen Coe is a gently shaped cowl that is cosy to snuggle into and can be worn high up around the neck whilst covering the shoulders and upper chest to be worn over clothing or under outerwear.

The second is Glen Clova which can be worn gracing the shoulders like a fur shawl collar or pulled closer to the throat to add warmth to the neck and chest.

Both designs are worked flat and use approx. 132m of yarn.
For those of you that know my work and inspirations, its easily seen that these pieces fit into my Outlander sections or equally Game of Thrones.
I have created them here in a brindle brown colourway to be in keeping with historical costume and natural fur of the time, but both would look fantastic in some of the funky coloured furs that are now available to work with.
