This is a fun tea cosy that has a slight twist on the traditional cosy and is just a little bit OTT and frilly…dedicated to the inspiration that was my Granny Jason.

Using approx. 50g of each colourway or less, you could probably hook this from your stash. The pattern is written in English but provides an US conversion. Stitches used are double crochet, double crochet together, slip stich and chains too. The pattern is photo heavy also.

You will need an assortment of approx. 40 buttons and about 120cm of lace that is 3cms wide. The knob of the teapot lid pokes through the top of the cosy, making it a snug fit on the pot which is sure to bring a smile each time you use it xx
