This Design was inspired by The Yarn Harlot’s One Row Scarf pattern. I have been given permission to use this stitch pattern in my design.

Use whatever needle size you need to obtain gauge. You will need a second pair of needles 3 sizes smaller than your main needles. (7,4) (8,5), etc….

If you CO loosely, you may want one needle one size larger than your larger working needles for the bind off in order to give an equally loose appearance to the BO edge.

With gauge and the yarn listed - I used about 1 1/3 skeins of yarn. This may change for you if you use larger needles and bulkier yarn.

If you decide to make the center panel longer than the pattern suggests, you may also require a third skein of yarn.
The center panel can be made longer if you want the scarf to hang lower on the body. It is this section that dictates the final length of the scarf and yarn requirements.
