Perfect for Christmas, your little who will be the cutest Cindy Lou this season! This hat is really very easy, easy enough for even a beginner crocheter. I started with a basic DC hat pattern but adapted it slightly to accommodate Cindy Lou’s hair fountain. In order to do this the top of the hat is crocheted to form a cone like shape similar to my Tulle-tally Easy Troll Hat. This gives the impression that the hair is “standing up” for a full Cindy Lou effect. The hair itself is pieces of yarn which are attached to the hat body, braided and tied. I used a small scrap of red yarn to make a bow but you could easily use a piece of ribbon for some extra flair!
