Sometimes a project has to rest for a while to develop optimally. This wrap has waited quite a while for its completion. It always lacked the perfect finishing edge, no idea was good enough. After a long break, it has now become exactly the way I had imagined it. A wrap, on average similar to a cardigan, which can be put over the shoulders and warms wonderfully when you don’t want to turn on the heating yet on the first cool days of autumn. The wrap is simple, but stands out with nice details at the increase points and of course with the nice edge. The following techniques are included: Knitting, purling, increases, twisted stitches, slip stitches.

Manchmal muss ein Projekt eine Zeit lang ruhen um sich optimal zu entwickeln. Dieses Tuch hat eine ganze Weile auf seine Vervollständigung gewartet. Es fehlte ihm immer die perfekte Abschlusskante, keine Idee war gut genug. Nach einer langen Pause ist es nun genau so geworden, wie ich es mir vorgestellt hatte. Ein Tuch, im Schnitt ähnlich wie ein Jäckchen, was sich wunderbar über die Schultern legen lässt und toll wärmt, wenn man an den ersten kühlen Tagen des Herbstes die Heizung noch nicht einschalten will. Das Tuch ist schlicht, sticht aber durch schöne Details an den Zunahmenstellen und natürlich durch die hübsche Abschlusskante hervor. Folgende Techniken sind enthalten: Rechte und linke Maschen, Zunahmen, verkreuzte Maschen, abgehobene Maschen.
