The Half Full tank is a top that is worked from the bottom up. It is worked in the round until you split the front and the back at the underarm. The front and back are worked separately, back and forth. The shoulders are then attached to each other using the 3-needle bind off. Edges are picked up and an i-cord edging is worked around the collar and arm holes. The tank features a draw string at the bottom, which is worked up as an i-cord.
