This Mackenzie Child inspired design combines two color stranded knitting at the bottom edges of the scarf. The main body of the scarf is knit and purled in a checkerboard pattern. The checkerboard triangle points finish the hems of the scarf with tassels and pompoms completing the point of the triangle. To complete the scarf, an applied I-cord edging is knit along both edges of the scarf to give a much needed finished edge. This scarf conbines two color knitting utilizing charts, provisional cast on, I-cord edging, tassels and pompoms.
