The tie is worked using i-cord technique separately and then attached to the top of the front and left side of the skirt. This skirt was written for someone who is 5’ 4”, please lengthen as you see fit. Written for nine sizes: XS (S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL).
