The Heartskull Hat features a cute repeating skull design with hearts forming the eyes and an upside down heart for a nose, plus a few other decorative motifs. I have written the pattern to create two sizes–adult and toddler–because really, wouldn’t these be adorable matchy-matchy hats for parents and kids around Halloween?!

Knitted using the stranded colorwork (fair isle) technique, this pattern may be more suitable for moderately experienced knitters, but it could also be a fun challenge for adventurous beginners.
