The Hula Hoopers are a pair of toe up knitted socks, knitted in the round with a short row heel. It is the second released pattern in my circus collection - Join Circus Eddy

The Hula Hoopers is a perfect project for sock scraps and leftovers and uses approximately:
185 yards/170 meter of the main color
77 yards/75 meter of the contrasting color

The instructions are written for a 23cm foot but length is easy adjustable. The circumference measures 19 cm, but the lace is very stretchy.
