This simple picot edged cowl was designed and knit during our 10 + day power outage due to Hurricane Sandy. Based on my smaller Picot Edged Neck Warmer design, I updated the pattern slightly adding length and shaping, along with a contrasting rolled neck in a complimentary solid colored yarn.
