The Jouster is a perfect unisex hooded cowl for freezing days when the wind-chill factor makes it almost impossible to be outside. This has a close fit, so you can wear it under your bike helmet or inside your coat’s hood. The cowl flares at the bottom to fit smoothly under a coat. If you warm up, simply drop the hood like on any other hoodie.

Use one color or multiple colors for the hood and cowl and make the cowl short (simple) or long enough to double over like an infinity scarf.
