This bag pattern was adapted from a quilted Japanese version
that was purchased by a good friend of mine while in Japan visiting her newborn grandchild. Kati is named for her grandmother, Kit, and thus the name of the purse pattern. I thank Kit and Kati for the inspiration for this wonderful bag. This purse can be knit in two colors, all one color, or multi-colors…. use your imagination and have a great time. It’s easy and loads of fun…..hope you enjoy knitting it.
