This fun open pattern allows you to get a lace effect using any weight yarn. The perfect scarf for a stroll along the shore on a windy day.

Pattern works nicely with Noro and Handspun singles, can be worked in any weight yarn adjusting to the recommended hook size and can be worked to your personal preference in length.

Two optional edging choices are suggested in the pattern. One with a little flare one more simple. A dark color pallette and simple edge make this scarf work suitable for a guy as well.
