This shawl was inspired by our Serbian Kilim carpets.
It is intended for advanced knitters or all those who wish to expand their knitting skills.
The pattern is worked in all over intarsia on 4 mm needles and DK weight yarn - OMW wool .
It is knitted bottom up with increases on every right side row.
I have included a video guide, which is available in the pattern , as a reference for how to read the pattern and work intarsia as well as how to make bobbins.

This is a large shawl Width - 200cm/ 78.7”, Depth- 105cm/41.3”
Fringe length 17cm/6.6”
Measurements taken after blocking.
It can be made smaller.

So if you are up to a challenge you will not regret working this shawl, it is absolutely delightful upon finishing.
