The Katharine Knitwear Collection is inspired by the iconic style of Katharine Hepburn. She was a pioneer for pants for women, and miles away from most other style icons at the time. Oversized androgyne blazer.

Work with one strand in each quality held together. Cast on sts with Turkish cast on. Doble knit the collar in from the back and out to each side while making sts for the back piece. When you have enough sts you begin working flat over these sts and make new sts in each side for shoulder/front/back pieces using Turkish cast on. You will shape the shoulders using German short rows and also begin increasing for sleeves. The collar is double knitted all the way down. The body and sleeves are worked separately with fold in edge at the bottom. You will also make double pockets.
