This Lace Waistcoat is part 1 of my summer knitting pattern collection.

The design of the Lace Waistcoat is inspired by 70s fashion to fulfill your retro dreams. However, the waistcoat is very elegant and versatile due to the lace stitch. It can be a classic staple piece in your wardrobe to be combined with almost any clothing, for any season or occasion.

The waistcoat is fitted to the body and cropped to accentuate your waistline and to give a flattering effect. Ofcourse if you prefer a looser fit, you can always size up.

The lace stitch is explained in writing and in a chart. You can follow any of these instructions, whichever you prefer to knit with. After a few rows the pattern is easy to remember by heart.

Sheepjes Organicon | 100% Organic Cotton | 170m / 50g

NEEDLES
Size 3 mm or 3 mm crochet hook
Size 3,5 mm

GAUGE
On 3,5 mm needles in stitch pattern: 23 sts x 33 rows = 10 x 10 cm after blocking

If your size is not in my size range, please feel free to contact me. I strive to be as size inclusive as I can. If your size is missing from the size range, this might mean I haven’t found test knitters for all the sizes. Please let me know if you would be willing to test knit a new size for me.
