The Lexie Hexie Blanket Pattern is An easy-to-follow pattern to creating your very own crocheted hexagon blanket! The pattern is completely beginner-friendly and includes step-by-step photos and detailed descriptions.
Pattern is for a single solid hexagon and half-hexagon, which can then be combined to make a blanket of any size and dimensions you choose. Detailed instructions and step-by-step photos on how to work the pull through loop join as you go method has also been provided in the pattern.
Size:
The blanket measures 40 by 47 inches before adding the border and 44 by 51 inches after.
Yarn used & Yardage:
I used worsted weight yarn for this pattern. You will need approximately 400yards of each of the 7 colours used. That is a total of 2800 yards for the whole blanket.
Hexagon placement:
I’ve provided a chart to show how I arranged my colours and also included a blank chart for you to try out different colour combinations to get an idea of how tour blanket will look in the end.
