Designed by myself, this warm cowl is part of a series of cowls I’m doing inspired by New York, my home state. They are designed to be comfortable, fun to knit, and perfect to wear with a stylish wool coat or a denim jacket. This particular cowl is knit with worsted weight yarn. This is the perfect pattern for beginners OR seasoned knitters. Looks great in every color!

The Lexington Cowl was named after Lexington Avenue, of Manhattan, New York. A majestic and vastly understated thoroughfare of New York City… this avenue features some of the best views of the city. Did you know that the famous footage of Marilyn Monroe standing in her iconic white dress over the windy grate was shot on Lexington? This cowl is understated, as well. The textured stitches are classy and timeless, and bound to be your favorite neck wear.

Suggested yarns: Worsted Weight

Needles: Size 7 (4.5mm), Size 8 (5.0mm)
