The Limpet is a baby and toddler cardigan that’s knitted top-down. At the underarms stitches are placed on holders for the sleeves, then the body is continued in one piece. The sleeves are then worked top-down too and are seamless.

With a yoke of radiating lines of single ribbing and a textured body the Limpet is sure to be a firm favourite!

Note: the pattern is designed with only knit and purl stitches. This makes it suitable for adventurous beginners, although recognising when a knit or purl stitch is required is important. In addition the increases are made with the pfb technique.
