These little hats are popular with photographers for use as props but they can also be worn for everyday use.

Quick and easy to make the pattern provided gives details of making this item on straight needles.

To make this item you will need:

1 pair 6mm needles
1 (or 2 for striped) ball of super soft chunky weight for 6mm needles yarn (see below for yarn details)
Large sewing needle

this pattern is designed for use with Big Crocodile Snuggle Soft yarn which is available from my website www.bigcrocphotoprops.co.uk or my Etsy shop. I cannot guarantee the success of this pattern when using other yarns however a supersoft yarn that is designed for 6mm needles should work ok. A good alternative is Moda Dea Dream.
