This small stocking was designed as a companion to my Warm & Cozy Stocking! I wanted a smaller stocking for my dogs, so I worked this up quickly using some yarn that I had lying around and a bit of scrap suri left over from my Warm & Cozy Stocking. This stocking knit up so quickly and was so adorable that I immediately cast on another.

This stocking is about 8 Inches from cast on edge to the tip of the tow and 3.5 inches wide measured across the “leg” portion of the stocking.

The stocking knits up at a DK weight gauge and was designed holding two strands of fingering weight together. However, you may also choose to knit it with a single strand of DK weight yarn. The cuff has a strand of brushed suri added to add a touch of coziness to the stocking.

The green stocking pictured is knit with a single strand of Brooklyn Tweed Arbor. The multi-colored stocking is knit holding fingering weight double to achieve a DK weight gauge.
