This is a great stash or scrap yarn buster. The cables combined with some dropped stitches make for a nice stretchy cowl with the added bulky yarn it becomes a very squishy, soft neck warmer for a little lady.
Made to fit a toddler size 1 it is stretchy enough that she will be able to wear it for a long time. (It comfortably fits 10 year old.)
