The line of Durin ruled the kingdom under the mountain. These socks are a nod to those hearty folks and the lonely mountain which housed them, their treasure and a dragon, once.

The top part of the sock is the name Durin spell out in Runes. Under that we have some cabling that splits to house the mountain made of some easy yarn overs. The cables join back together and you cable your way to the toe!
