The “Loop Scarf in Addition” is a complementary 2-colour brioche knitting pattern that was intended to use up the remaining yarn (two half skeins) of The Crafty Geo’s “Crinoidea Scarf”.

The light side is knitted using half a skein (50 g) in Aqua Bay; the dark side is knitted using half a skein (50 g) in Naval Base.
The sample used ca. 200 m (220 yards) per colour in total, and weighs ca. 100 g.

You may also use brand new yarn, or a variety of little leftovers to mix and match e.g., choose a solid dark colour, and combine it with a variety of lighter coloured yarns.

If you prefer to knit a tighter fitting cowl, you can do this, too.

Enjoy combining - and using up - your yarn scraps!
