The Lucy Dress is a beautiful open-back knit dress - made to measure and thus available in all sizes. It is around 48 inches long.

For this pattern, you will need to know how to use a flatbed knitting machine (I made it on the sk280 which is a standard gauge machine) as well as basic crochet such as double crochet and surface crochet.

This is written for a knitting machine, but it includes a gauge and stitch count, so if you are familiar with turning a machine knit pattern into a hand one, you can do so.

Materials:
Approx 200 - 300g of fingering weight yarn
2.5mm crochet hook
Flat bed knitting machine

Gauge:
25x37 on a 4x4 inch using fingering weight yarn
Uses approx 200 - 300g of yarn

The pattern is easy to customise, and includes instructions on how to do so. Suitable for advanced beginner.
