A magical world, 1920’s fashion and zookeeping? That’s pretty much all of my favorite things rolled into one!

The Magizoologist’s Menagerie is my tribute scarf to all of the fantastic beasts running amok and their sweet but awkward, wizardly zookeeper.

This scarf is double knitted, so the sides will mirror each other. I chose 1920’s Hufflepuff colors because Newt and I are proud members of that House but any highly contrasting colors that you choose will work great!

I used just under 1365 yards total (a little under 682 yards of each color) for the scarf, including the fringe.

Note: This pattern assumes a basic understanding of double-knitting.
