This baby hat pattern works up quickly and is adorable! It is an easy pattern, suitable for adventurous beginners as well as more experienced crocheters. This pattern is worked in size 4 Worsted Weight yarn. Please note that the pattern works best when worked in a sturdy size 4 yarn such as Red Heart with Love, Caron One Pound and Hobby Lobby I Love This Yarn. Using a thinner size 4 yarn such as Caron Simply Soft will result in a hat that doesn’t hold its shape well.

The pattern includes instructions for the fedora style hat, as well as instructions for the Invisible Join method. Using the invisible join method gives any patterns worked in the round a finished professional look. The hat pattern contains many pictures showing you how the hat should look as you work your way through the pattern. Please note the pattern does not include instructions for creating the fabric flower shown in the accompanying pictures.

Includes instructions for sizes 0-3 Months, 3-6 Months, and 6-12 Months
