The Minty Way is a large symmetrical triangular shawl, knit sideways from one tip to the other. There are no complicated patterns, only knits and purls. The emphasis is on the colors. It doesn’t have to be minty greens. Choose the colors that make you happy. Whether plain, multicolored, gradient - anything goes!

Dimensions
With yarn weight DK (Light) and needle size 3 mm (2.5) the shawl is about 210 cm (82.5 inches) wide from one tip to the other and approximately 90 cm (35.5 inches) long from the top edge to the lower tip. Depending on yarn weight and needle size, the dimensions may vary.

Material
• 450g of soft DK (8-ply / Light) weight yarn
• or 350g of Sport (6-ply / Fine) weight yarn combined with 60g of Lace yarn (2-ply) altogether.
When combining a Sport weight with a Lace weight yarn, both yarns are held together.
In doing so, you can create a smooth color gradient by taking lace yarn in different colors and a solid color sport yarn.
Due to the clear, simple structure of the shawl you can revel in colors: gradient yarn or multicolored for those who like it colorful, monochrome for purists.
The shawl can also be knit using other yarn weights. The yarn consumption and the dimensions of the shawl will change depending on yarn and needle size.
• 1 circular knitting needle (3 mm / 2.5, 100 cm / 40 inches long) or another needle size suitable for the yarn you choose
• 1 darning needle for weaving in the yarn ends

The Minty Way ist ein großes, symmetrisches Dreiecktuch, das von einer seitlichen Spitze zur anderen gestrickt wird. Da es keine komplizierten Muster gibt, sondern nur rechte und linke Maschen, ist farblich alles möglich. Es müssen keine minzigen Grüntöne sein. Nimm die Farben, die dich glücklich machen. Ob uni, mehrfarbig, Color Blocking, Farbverlauf – alles geht!
Das Tuch eignet sich für Anfänger mit Grundkenntnissen. Ein Strick-Grundkurs ist nicht in der Anleitung enthalten. Auch geübtere Strickfans werden ihre Freude an diesem Tuch haben, denn durch das unkomplizierte, klare Design kann man nicht nur in Farben schwelgen, sondern auch nebenbei einem spannenden Film folgen.

Maße
In Garnstärke DK (8-fädig / Light) mit Nadelstärke 3mm gestrickt ist das Tuch von einer Spitze bis zur anderen ca. 210 cm breit und von der Oberkante bis zur unteren Spitze ca. 90 cm lang.
Je nach Garn- und Nadelstärke variieren die Maße.

Material
• 450g weiches Garn in Garnstärke DK (8-fädig / Light)
• oder 350g Garn in Garnstärke Sport (6-fädig / Fine)
kombiniert mit insgesamt 60g Lace-Garn (2-fädig).
Wenn man ein Sport-Garn mit Lace-Garn kombiniert, werden beide Garne zusammen verstrickt. Dabei kann man auch einen schönen weichen Farbverlauf erzeugen, wenn man Lace-Garn in verschiedenen Farben zu einem einfarbigen Sport-Garn nimmt.
Dieses Tuch kann auch in anderen Garnstärken gestrickt werden. Der Garnverbrauch und die Maße des Tuchs ändern sich je nach Garn- und Nadelstärke.
• 1 sehr lange Rundstricknadel (3 mm, 100 cm lang) oder eine andere Nadelstärke passend zum ausgewählten Garn
