The Monty Hat is knit with Mrs. Montague’s Lace pattern. The Monty provides an extremely warm knit with a large diamond and lace appearance.

The yarn is spun from a combination of equal parts – Fine Merino and Silk. The Merino offers softness and warmth, the silk offers warmth, but the silk provides drape and luster. Combined, they provide a truly elegant hat of natural fibers with warmth and handle.

Any substitutions in yarn will result in a much different garment.
