The Musician's Cloth
A cloth fit for a music maestro or a casual enjoyer, The Musician’s Cloth has the word music written in cursive along the top with a treble clef underlining it on the bottom half of the dishcloth.
Materials:
1 Ball Worsted Weight (50g, 80 yards)
Bernat Handicrafter 100% Cotton Yarn
US 6 / 4.00mm / UK 8 Needles
I would suggest using a solid coloured yarn but all of what I say is just a suggestion, use whatever yarn you like (cotton or acrylic) and knit using whatever needles are good for the tension you knit at and whatever size suits the yarn you’ve chosen
Size of finished pattern (using materials I listed):
10” x 7 ¼“ or 25.5cm x 18cm
This is a part of a set called Cloths for Creatives where I also made cloths for Actors, Arists, Crafters, and Dancers. All these cloths are close to the same shape and size with a seed stitch border surrounding a picture in the middle. And they’re made using only simple knits and purls so it’s very beginner friendly and good for practice. They would also make for a nice gift for someone you know or a teacher with how personalized they are and how quick they knit up
