The Myrna Cowl
This cowl is woodsy, elegant and slightly reminiscent of Irish cable knit sweaters. It can be made and worn unlined OR you can line it with a furry yarn for added thickness and warmth!
Skill Level:Advanced Intermediate
Materials:
Yarn: Bulky Weight (5) – approximately 155 yards (I used Lion Brand Jiffy, a lighter bulky works best)
optional lining: Bulky(5) weight “furry” yarn- approximately 71 yards (I used Patons Divine)
Hook size: J/10(6mm) (3) 1” buttons Tapestry Needle
Stitches used:
(ch) chain
(st) stitch
(sl st) slip stitch
(sc) single crochet
(dc) double crochet
(hdc) half double crochet
(fpdc) front post double crochet
(fptc) front post treble crochet
(sk) skip
Gauge: rows 1-9 = 6”x 2.5”
One Size
Finished cowl measures 6” x 22.5”
