Pattern Notes:
This shawl is knit from the left tip to the right edge growing to an asymmetrical triangular shawl. Seed stitch on either side is accentuated by slipped stitches to form a border between the edging and the shawl pattern. The knot stitch is offset to give the fabric a light texture. Crochet slip stitches are used along the final edge to mimic the knit slip stitches.
Knot Stitch: slip 3rd stitch over 2 stitches and let loop fall off needle. Place 2 stitches on cable needle. knit next stitch. place 2 stitches back on left needle. Knit 1, yarn over, knit 1.
