The Neptune dress pattern is a made to measure and size inclusive design, this means you take your own measurements first and then follow the pattern. This means it can be made for any size and age.
It is an advanced beginner level written in English and using US terminology.
You will need any type of 8ply (DK) weight cotton and a 3.5mm crochet hook. I used roughly 1200m for the short size small (UK 8) and 1500m for the long size small (UK 8).
