The Neptune top is a made to measure and size inclusive pattern, its an advanced beginner level and uses US terminology in English only.
The pattern contains very detailed steps, pictures and a stitch graph so some beginners may find it okay.
You will need any type of 8ply DK weight cotton yarn and a 3.5mm crochet hook. I used roughly 700m for the size small (UK 8).
