Now pattern includes instructions for two options:the worsted weight option (cable stitches use 4 stitches) and the sport weight option (cable stitches use 6 stitches). The sport weight option produces a denser crochet fabric!
This headband is a knit look-a-like band is that it stretches with ease to fit gently over your hair and still return to its original length. The crocheted cabling helps to restore its original length and also adds texture
The headband/ear warmer measures 20.5” in length and 4” wide (at the widest part). The band easily stretches to fit up to 21.5” in length. If you need it shorter or longer, it is very easy to adjust by omitting or adding additional repeated rows. The puff center flower measures 4” in diameter, but you can opt to leave the flower out because the lattice pattern is too pretty to cover up!
This pattern is:
♥ puff center flower instructions are included
♥ written using American crochet terminology
♥ length is easily adjustable to your preference
♥ written for both worsted weight (especially for aran yarn), and sport weight yarns.
♥worsted weight yarn uses I hook and sport weight uses H hook
♥ skill level of difficulty is intermediate (must be familiar with cabling)
