The Newport Beanie was inspired by my original crochet version, The Harvest Beanie. I wanted to create a “sister” beanie so that knitters could also enjoy a similar version.

• Pattern is very beginner friendly.
• Pattern features sizing directions for newborn - large adult in fitted and slouchy versions.
• Uses a light, bulky yarn. I suggest Lion Brand Stitchbird or Lion Brand Scarfie (or any other light bulky yarn that meets gauge).
• Written in US terms
