The Notorious hoodie is knit from the top down and is supposed to have a loose fit. The intended length is “somewhere between your waist and your hip” The intended sleeve length is “slightly to short”. Both length and sleeve length are easy ta adapt to your own preferred length.

My suggestion is to use a wool yarn of sport weight held together with a light fingering or lace yarn.
(250) 300 (300) 300 (350) 350 (400) 450 (450) 500 g (150-175m/50g) (sport weight) together with (100) 125 (125) 150 (150) 175 (175) 175 (200) 200 g (150-210m/25g) (light fingering/lace weight).
Gauge and needles
18 sts x 24 rows = 10x10 cm in stockinette stitch.
5 mm circular needles 80
150 cm depending on preference and size.
5 mm circular needle 60 cm is used for the hood.
5 mm circular needle 60 cm and/or 40 cm (or 5 mm double pointed needles) are used for the

If you master magic loop pick a cable that fits your chest circumference. You can use that for all
parts.
You will also need:
One extra 5 mm needle, whatever kind you have.
Crocket hook
Tapestry needle
Stitch markers
Extra cables, stitch holders or yarn to use when stitches are put on hold.
You can also leave the stitches on the cable.
