The One is a shawl to be wrapped up well with a 68 “ wingspan and 30” at center spine.

It’s knit flat, of a single part.

The motives are knit in Jacquard by alternating colors but also K and P stitches.

Gauge : 18 sts & 16 rows in 5mm ( US 8) circular needles.
Gauge is not crucial, but will affect the size of the shawl and the yardage.

Materials : 630 yards of DK weight wool yarn in Main Color and 225 yards of Dk Weight wool yarn in Contrasting Color.

The One est un châle bien emmitouflant avec ses dimensions de 172 cm d’ envergure et 75 cm de hauteur ( à la pointe).

Il se tricote à plat, d’une seule pièce.

Les motifs se tricotent en jacquard, en alternant les couleurs mais aussi les mailles endroits et envers.

Échantillon : 18 mailles & 16 rangs, aiguilles n° 5.
L’échantillon n’est pas crucial mais la taille finale et le métrage de laine seront modifiés.

Matériels : 577 mètres de laine DK pour la couleur principale & 206 mètres de laine DK pour la couleur contrastante.
Le modèle photographié est tricoté avec 3 écheveaux de DR Zhivago’s sky ( madelinetosh Tosh DK) et 1 écheveau de Nectar ( madelinetosh Tosh DK).
