The Orginal Knitting Basket
A tisket, a tasket…“The Orginial Knitting Basket.” This little knitted sheep ornament represents the very source of the wool in our knitting! It is knitted in a basketweave patterns and sports “balls” (bobbles) of yarn on its back.
This project is for the “advanced beginner and beyond” knitter. To complete it you will need sport weight wool in the following amounts: 30 yds medium brown, 15 yds black and 3 yds of five other varying colors for the bobbles. You will also need a set of #4 DPNs, batting, tapestry needle and a small amount of ribbon for hanging.
Happy knitting!
