Not a boastful name for a very simple piece of knitting but a reference to the perfect number - 28 - that inspired this pattern.

This cowl is worked in panels of reverse stocking stitch and is very easy to knit. Less than 100 g of yarn makes the cowl, twice as much would be needed to extend it into a scarf. You could use any similar weight yarn.
