CONSTRUCTION NOTES
The Pocket Watch wrap is worked flat from end to end in one piece. Includes instructions for selvedge stitches that give the wrap a
nice finish along the sides.
This is a very simple wrap but very classy, timeless I would say. Knitted in alpaca makes the wrap very flowy and drapey and at the
same time with a nice weight and warm for those cold days. Since it has a nice generous size, you can wrap it around your neck
several times and wear it as a big nice cowl or knot it around your neck with long tails.
It also has a nice pocket with stripes inside of it, I love details !!! You can leave the pocket the way it is or you can add the cute
Pocket Watch. Or you can wear it some days with Pocket Watch and others without it.

YARN
Worsted weight yarn.
MC: Approx. 600mts/ 660 yds.
CC: Approx. 400 mts/ 440 yds.

MC: A9500 Black, 3 skeins.
CC: 207-Beige, 2 skeins.

NEEDLES
3.75 mm /US 5 circular needles. Or size needed to obtain
gauge. You can use straight needles but by knitting with
circular needles you will be able to block your wrap while
knitting it.

GAUGE
24 sts x 29 rows = 10 cm/ 4 in., in Main Pattern,
after steam blocked.

ADITIONAL TOOLS
Blunt tapestry needle, stitch holders or waste yarn, if possible iron with steam, or steamer.
For the Pocket Watch, embroidery threads (I used mostly
grays (The gentle art, carriage black 7095, greens (The
gentle art, green tea leaf 0195) Brown green (The gentle
art, tortoise shell 1194) and silver (DMC, Diamant grande
metallic thread) but you can use any embroidery threads,
linen fabric, hoop, embroidery needle, fiber fill (toy stuffing just a bit for the Pocket Watch.
