The Poppy Tank is a knitting pattern designed to be a summer staple!

Level: Advanced Beginner

Techniques/stitches used: cast on, knit, purl, cast off, ssk, k2tog, i-cord, kitchener/grafting

Materials required:

• US 8 5.00mm circular knitting needles (16” or greater) OR size needed to obtain gauge
• US 8 5.0mm DPNs, straight needles, or circular needles with a cord long enough for magic loop (for the i-cord)
• Stitch markers (or hairtie/ring)
• Scrap yarn
• Yarn needle
• Scissors

Gauge: 14 sts by 21 rows (4” x 4” stockinette)

Sizing:
This pattern is sized for XS-XXXL but there is also an option to customize your tank based on your own measurements!

Yarn required: The amount of yarn required depends on the size and the style tank you wish to make (cross back or high back). Yardage varies from ~150 yds – 740 yds:
XS: ~150-250 yds
S: ~175-275 yds
M: ~250-360 yds
L: ~290-430 yds
XL: ~320-490 yds
XXL: ~360-620 yds
XXXL: ~400-740 yds
