There are two colors, but it can be made in one color. No yardage is specified in any of the patterns of this book, but the back of the book states what yarns are used in the patterns.

There are additional materials, like the fabric for the ears (the template is in the back of the book) and embroidery floss for the facial features. It stands about 7 inches tall, and 4 3/4 inches wide, but the toy can be any size one wants.
