The Rainbow Bobble Blanket
Crochet Rainbow Bobble Blanket is an easy- advanced beginner level pattern. A rainbow loaded with bobbles, your little one will love the feel and texture of this blanket. The pattern is worked in a variety of stitches such as; single crochet, double crochet, bobble stitch, linen stitch, and crab stitches.
The blanket is worked with 2 strands of Feel Like Butta yarn held together.
You will need:
Category#4 - Lion Brand Yarns
Feels Like Butta yarn - 218 yds /199m (3.5oz /100g) per skein.
2- 100 White
2- 101 Pink
2- 140 Dusty Pink
2- 108 Dusty Blue
2- 106 Ice
2- 178 Teal
2- 149 Pale Grey
NOTE: If using alternate yarn you might not need to double the yarn to meet gauge, therefore you would only require half the yardage. I found the Feels Like Butta yarn very soft and the bobbles didn’t pop enough with a single strand.
5mm crochet hook
8 locking stitch markers
Darning needle
Scissors
This blanket is offered in one size only but I’ve also be made using a bulky yarn, resulting in a larger sized blanket.
Select 7 Colors of similar weighted yarn and adjust hook size according to yarn label suggestion.
Updated pattern with 2 styles of borders to choose from.
