The RENZO Beanie
The RENZO Beanie is worked in the round from the bottom up, using the mosaic (or slip stitch) knitting technique for colorwork.
YARN:
75 yds of Bulky (5) weight yarn for your main color (MC) Recommended: Malabrigo Mecha (100g / 130yds)
45 yds of Bulky (5) weight yarn for your contrasting color (CC) Recommended: Malabrigo Mecha (100g / 130yds)
This particular pattern is written with 2 different contrasting colors (CC1 and CC2). I used 25 yds of CC1 and 15 yds of CC2.
You can use up to 12 contrasting colors for this pattern (Great stash buster!!).
You will need 4 yds of yarn for each contrasting color section.
NEEDLES:
US 9 (5.5mm) 16” Circular Knitting Needles
US 10 ½ (6.5mm) 16” Circular Knitting Needles
US 10 ½ (6.5mm) Double Pointed Needles (optional)
