The Rosie Bonnet
by Janel Rohrig
This bonnet is named after Rosie Cottontail, the beautiful hobbit that Sam couldn’t quite muster up the courage to dance with in The Lord of the Rings. There is something so quaint about a bonnet. They make me long for slower living and simpler times. Plus they are adorable on all children. This is a great pattern to have in your library for baby showers and birthdays.
This pattern is worked from the back to the front. DPNs are used for increasing, then the rest of the pattern is worked flat. It is tied off with a simple i-cord. Pattern includes picture tutorials.
